Base layer

A good outdoor outfit starts with the right base layer. Especially on colder days, a base layer keeps you warm. Woolpower underwear is knitted seamlessly so you do not feel it under your outerwear.

  • Lite is good for summer, active pursuits or people who are not easily cold.
  • 200 keeps you a bit warmer and can be used well by people who stand still (e.g. at football matches) or people who alternate standing and moving (e.g. at market vendors, construction worker ...). It is also great if you get cold easily.

Base layer, the benefits

Winter can be quite cold. Underwear as a base layer can therefore come in handy. The base layer provides an insulation layer around the body and keeps you warm during all your outdoor activities. Woolpower underwear is made of Merino wool combined with synthetic fibres. The fibres provide the clothing with extra reinforcement. This makes it last longer and also keeps the fit optimal. Merino wool has the advantage that unpleasant odours do not linger. All you need to do is let it air out. It is therefore not necessary to wash the clothes, especially for a first use.
