Payment, delivery and return
When you order Woolpower products from us, you can choose to pay with iDEAL, Sofort Banking, PayPal, Klarna and more! If you place an order over €50, your products will be delivered to your home free of charge.
If you order Monday to Friday before 17:00, your order (if in stock) will be dispatched the same day. Orders within the Netherlands are then usually delivered the next day. Shipments abroad take longer.
If you order before 4.30pm on Saturday, we will prepare your order (if in stock) for dispatch that same day. The parcel will then be dispatched on Monday.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have received, you can cancel them up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After that, you have another 14 days to return your products. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are for your own account. More information about exchanges and returns.
