The Woolpower Felt Insoles Kids are soles for children made of merino wool felt that keep your child’s feet wonderfully warm and dry. These soles are suitable for wearing while skiing, hiking or during everyday life. The soles are made from recycled material, making each one unique. The soles have a thickness of 5 mm.

Merino wool

Merino wool comes from merino sheep and is widely known for its high quality. Merino sheep have much more hair than other sheep. About ten times as many hairs grow per square meter as an average sheep. As a result, the wool is thinner and longer, feels very soft and does not itch. Merino sheep live in areas with large temperature fluctuations of -20 ºC to over 35 ºC. Their fur acts as a heat regulator. As a result, merino wool keeps you warm in the cold but breathes well. In addition, merino wool has excellent moisture management and self-cleaning properties, so you won’t easily suffer from perspiration marks and odors on your clothing.
