The Mock Turtleneck also keeps your child’s neck and chest warm. This eliminates the hassle of an awkward scarf and makes it easy to put on your child. Because the Mock Turtleneck is made of merino wool, it is quick-drying, odor-resistant and wicks away moisture easily. In short, Woolpower’s Mock Turtleneck is ideal for your child to put on during the colder days! Merino wool has the advantage that unpleasant odors do not linger. So it is not necessary to wash the clothes, even for a first use. Woolpower even recommends simply airing the clothing. If you still want to wash the clothes, you can do so with special wool detergent. You can then wash the clothes even at 60℃. This is because the wool is first treated in the “superwash,” creating a pre-shrinkage.

Materials

Merino wool

Merino wool comes from merino sheep and is widely known for its high quality. Merino sheep have much more hair than other sheep. About ten times as many hairs grow per square meter as an average sheep. As a result, the wool is thinner and longer, feels very soft and does not itch.
